Rules of Procedure

We are pleased to welcome you to the Bed and Breakfast L’Alloggio- not just rooms.

We invite you to read our internal rules.

The rules to be observed in our B&B are not only those  established by law, but especially those dictated by common sense and mutual respect.

1- The customer who for improper use, negligence or carelessness causes damage to the structure, its equipment or objects in use, will be charged the amounts necessary for repairs, replacements and cleaning as appropriate. For the ascertained subtractions we will proceed according to the law. Any damage must be declared and compensated immediately to the operator of the structure.

2- The delivery of the rooms is scheduled from 2:00 pm until 9:00 pm, unless otherwise required by our guests; we will appreciate a communication from you regarding the time of arrival and any delays. In fact, being the B&B a small family-run structure, there is no reception service available at all hours of the day as it happens for hotels, so each customer is required to communicate by telephone to the owner of the structure, the estimated time of arrival, at least 24 hours before arrival itself. Going to the structure without having informed about the time of arrival, can cause long waits. This misunderstanding can not be a reason for complaints or claims for reimbursement.

3-A upon arrival at the B&B must be delivered identity documents (passport, identity card) valid for the necessary registrations required by law. Failure to comply with this obligation constitutes a violation of the rules of the Penal Code and authorizes us to request the immediate abandonment of the B&B.

4-The data of our guests are treated in accordance with the current legislation on privacy. The B&B respects and protects your privacy under the law 675/96 and Legislative Decree No. 196 of 30 June 2003. The information you may provide to our site will be used solely for the purpose of sending you information about the B&B and will therefore never be used for other purposes, unless you have given prior permission optionally and expressly given to us.

5-Gli guests will have the keys of the structure at their disposal, and they will be able to exit and return at their pleasure. In the event of loss of keys, guests are required to pay compensation.

6- On the day of your departure, the rooms must be vacated no later than 10:00 am. to allow the staff to carry out the cleaning. After 11:00 am. without the room being vacated, an additional day’s stay will be charged. Of course, guests can continue their visits or shopping and leave their luggage in our custody.

7- The B&B declines any responsibility for the loss, theft or / and damage to objects of your property left in the rooms and for any damage to persons, animals or things from and to third parties.

8-Smoking inside the B&B and rooms is absolutely forbidden. The observance of this simple rule stems from the need to protect those who do not smoke or those who will come after You, as well as a rule for fire prevention.

9-It is strictly forbidden to receive visits and other guests other than those staying there.

10-Continental breakfast will be served in the designated areas between 08:00 am  and 10:00 am.

11- The cleaning of the rooms and services are carried out every day and include the change of towels (store on the ground the towels you want to wash, those hanging will not be washed). For the sheets the change is made every 3/4 days, unless otherwise requested.

12-We recommend a correct and civil use of the toilets, avoiding throwing anything into the toilet, remembering that there are special baskets. It is also recommended to turn off the lights and air conditioners every time you leave the room. Systematically close windows when heating or air conditioning is in use and keep a reasonable temperature in the room. Do not leave battery chargers connected when not in use.

13-Host guests can make their reservations online or by phone. Any cancellation fees will be deducted from the deposit paid at the time of booking or taken from the credit card communicated at the time of booking. The data transmitted online is legally binding.

14-We are not responsible for any inefficiencies due to total or partial lack of supplies such as electricity, water, telephone line or Internet connection not depending on our will.

15-Eventual third-party websites, linked to or from B&B, have their own privacy regulations and their own database independent of B&B; for this reason B&B is not responsible for the actions and internal regulations of these websites. If requested to send your personal data to third parties, please take note of the internal rules of these sites on privacy.

16-In accordance with the rules of the B&B and the rules of the Municipal Police it is not allowed to disturb with loud noises in the time slot between 2:00 pm and 4:00 pm and from 10:00 pm to 08:00 am hours.

Before confirming your booking by e-mail, we invite our guests to read our Internal Regulations and to indicate their acceptance.
